Meet Our Personal Trainer

  • Sam Cosner

    Sam is a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has a background in physiology and science, and loves using movement to inspire wellness. Sam is specialized in group fitness, and strength training over 50. She especially loves teaching posture correcting and strengthening exercise.

    Sam is a lifelong athlete who has always sought to push her own boundaries in performance and skill. She has played sports all her life and enjoys the many lessons team sports have to offer. Sam brings love and enthusiasm to every training session. Motivating others is a skill Sam has honed over her years training group fitness classes. Her goal was to work with anyone at any level of fitness and help them enjoy movement.

    Recently, Sam has immersed herself fully into the world of functional movement and postural correction. She loves the “aha” moment that comes when a client learns a new exercise and understands form. She truly enjoys teaching about the body and proper function.

    The best part of training for Sam is helping people see their own strength.
